Job summary

SEER S&R is seeking an HR Generalist/Associate to support the full recruitment cycle, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining accurate employee records and database management. You will assist with HR policy administration, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding and offboarding, and HR events planning.

• 1+ year of experience in a generalist HR or HR associate role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and database management
• Providing support in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Collaborating with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and development initiatives
• Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
• Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Participating in the planning and coordination of HR-related events and activities
