Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HR, administration, payroll, accounting support, or a related function will be a strong advantage.
Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and a strong interest in HR and administration are also encouraged to apply.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Assist with the internal recruitment process, including interview coordination and onboarding preparation.
Assist in conducting HR orientation for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Assist with monthly payroll coordination and preparation of payroll-related information.
Support the preparation of statutory payroll information, including EPF, PERKESO/SOCSO and EA-related records.
Assist employees with HR-related queries, including salary, leave and attendance matters.
Monitor employee leave and attendance records.
Assist with probation and contract performance review processes.
Support employee exit and clearance processes.
Maintain proper filing and archiving of HR records.
Assist with employee relations matters and elevate issues to the HR & Office Admin Lead when required.
Support employee engagement, recognition and company activities.
Maintain company asset and inventory records.
Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and related administrative reporting.
Support office maintenance and ensure office facilities are properly maintained.
Monitor and coordinate office supplies and ensure availability when required.
Assist with administrative processes related to IT and information security compliance.
Support the preparation and implementation of HR and Office Admin SOPs.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Salary range of RM 2,500 – RM 3,000, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Structured 3-month probation period.
