Job summary

Nexpipo in Malaysia is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee full HR operations across multiple outlets in a fast-paced F&B environment.

The role requires strong HR operational experience, excellent people skills, and comfortable working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. You will partner with management to implement HR practices that support growth and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in multi-outlet F&B/retail/hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for outlet and corporate positions.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and income tax.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs and employee handbooks in line with Malaysian labour regulations.
• Drive performance management, employee development and training initiatives.
• Manage manpower planning, headcount and workforce requirements across multiple outlets.
• Work closely with management, HQ, business partners and franchise owners on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and relevant Malaysian labour regulations.
• Provide HR advice and support to management on employee and workforce matters.
• Support the company's continued growth by implementing effective HR strategies and processes.
