Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings and resume screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and recruitment databases.
• Prepare recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support internship hiring and campus recruitment activities.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment tasks.
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide admin and coordination support to the TA team.
