AUG Student Services is seeking an ambitious HR Intern to assist the day‑to‑day HR operations in a corporate setting. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Support onboarding activities, background checks, and new hire orientation.
• Handle HR correspondence, file documents, and respond to policy/benefit queries.
• Assist in planning and executing internal events, wellness initiatives, and engagement surveys.
• Conduct market research on HR trends and compensation benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interview schedules (phone, video, and in-person).
• Onboarding: Conduct background checks, and facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a seamless first day.
• Administration: Manage HR correspondence, file documents, and handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and intern/casual timesheets.
• Culture & Events: Assist in planning and executing internal events, wellness initiatives, and engagement surveys.
• HR Operations & Projects (20%): Conduct market research on HR trends and compensation benchmarks.
