AI ELITE TECHNOLOGY is seeking an HR Generalist in Malaysia to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations. You will implement best practices to ensure legal compliance and drive workforce engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist role, preferably in customer service or call centre.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Proficient in HR software and database management.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate and deliver training and development programs.
Assist with performance management, including goal setting and reviews.
Provide employee support and manage employee relations with sensitivity.
