Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Generalist to implement manpower strategies for local and foreign workers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process along with employment documentation.

The role also covers training planning, HRDF claim management, organizing company events, and audit preparation. Fresh graduates are welcomed or candidates with 2–3 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply, with English and Mandarin bilingual abilities highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or 2–3 years in HR Generalist/Executive.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; Mandarin speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement manpower strategies and planning for local and foreign workers.
• Oversee and manage full recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
• Handle HR admin tasks: appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, etc.
• Prepare and manage annual training calendar, conduct needs analysis, monitor budget.
• Oversee HRDF account and ensure timely submission of training claims.
• Organize annual company events (Annual Dinner, celebrations, engagement activities).
• Assist in audits (ISO, labour, customer) and participate in prep work.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
