KLK OLEO in Malaysia seeks an HR Generalist (Senior Executive/Executive) to support multiple HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration/Psychology and 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment is advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR principles and employment legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels (production and office).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

2-5 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.

Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of HR principles and employment legislation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including production and office-based staff.

Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
