Job summary

Nueratec Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive to oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, training, performance management, HR compliance, and general HR administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or related field, with at least 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing, and is proficient with HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in HRM/related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of Malaysian Labour Act and payroll submissions.
• Proficient with HRMS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment cycle from job ads to onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower with department heads.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding docs.
• Conduct orientation and maintain confidential HR records.
• Administer attendance, leave, overtime, and claims.
• Prepare monthly payroll information and process payroll.
• Ensure statutory contributions are submitted on time.
