Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive Level Human Resources professional to maintain employee records, manage payroll, ensure statutory compliance and develop HR policies in line with legal regulations. The role also includes overseeing performance appraisals and supporting staff development.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in related fields and have at least two years of HR experience, with fluency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business, administration, management or HR.
• At least 2 years in HR or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; Chinese would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR database.
• Handle monthly payroll salary, claims and foreign workers payout.
• Oversee timely submission of statutory requirements and filings.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Manage employee performance appraisals and support development.
