Job summary

Universal Motor Sdn. Bhd. in Sabah is seeking a Human Resources Executive with a diploma in HR, administration or related field to join our team.

You will manage payroll, maintain HR records, and support employee relations in a dynamic environment. You should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Knowledge of labour law is an added advantage and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, administration or related field.
• 2–5 years working experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of labour law and employee relations is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, follow through on assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, commission & incentive claims, and related payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring employee records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Assist in the administration of employee disciplinary and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate HR administrative activities, including onboarding, company events, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR operational support.
