Job summary

Growth Well Industry Sdn. Bhd. in Johor is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to support business growth.

The role covers full HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, internal communications and employee relations. Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in HR or equivalent, with at least 5 years of HR & Admin experience; experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.

Qualifications

• A diploma/degree holder in HR or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR & Admin.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG industries is a plus but not compulsory.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for client communication.
• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, internal communications, and employee relations.
• Process full cycle monthly payroll and related reports (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
• Coordinate learning and development, employee engagement and HR policy implementation.
• Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with labour laws and organizational goals.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, appraisals, and salary surveys; manage job descriptions and recruitment needs.
