Job summary

AI ELITE TECHNOLOGY is seeking an HR Generalist in Malaysia to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations. You will implement best practices to ensure legal compliance and drive workforce engagement.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist capacity, with strong knowledge of labour laws, excellent communication, and proficiency in HR software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and maintain up-to-date HR

• Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist role, preferably in customer service or call centre.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR regulations.

Responsibilities
