Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is looking for an intern to assist in the development and updating of eLearning materials. You will collaborate with the People Development team to ensure the quality and relevance of content while utilizing instructional design principles to create effective training modules.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related fields, have a minimum CGPA of 3.0, and can commit to 3 to 6 months. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Last semester students are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and updating of eLearning materials.
• Collaborate with the People Development team to ensure content quality and relevance.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training modules.
• Support the team in various tasks related to eLearning content management.
