Responsibilities

• Assist in HR daily operation including recruitment processes, staff discipline monitoring, issuance of show cause letter, reminder letter, warning letter, new staff thumbprint setup, SOP compliances for all department, CCTV monitoring and etc.
• Assist to coordinate logistic daily operation: checking on daily loading & unloading activities, daily SO status, etc.
• Help assist in office equipment maintenance & license renewal/applying process.
