Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee and manage the company’s human resources and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in supporting business operations, ensuring HR compliance, and maintaining smooth office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Manage end‑to‑end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
  • Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, warning letters, and performance management
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, EPF, SOCSO, and statutory compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support management on HR planning, manpower, and organisational matters
Administration
  • Oversee daily office administration and general support functions
  • Manage office supplies, assets, vendors, and service providers
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation control, and record keeping
  • Support management in administrative coordination and reporting
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR & administration role (managerial experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia labour law and HR practices
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Able to handle confidential matters professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in logistics / transport industry is an added advantage
