Home Peanut Garden Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on HR & Admin Executive to lead our HR and administrative operations, including payroll, foreign worker management, and government liaison. You will be the key person coordinating with agencies, banks, and regulators to ensure compliance and smooth office functioning.

The role reports to the Production Director/Management and includes planning, oversight, and enforcing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years HR & Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory contributions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF).
• Manage recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding for operators and staff.
• Conduct inductions for local staff and foreign workers.
• Maintain personnel files, leave records and manpower records.
• Oversee distribution of uniforms, PPE and office supplies with assistance.
• Coordinate foreign worker recruitment, work permits and renewals.
• Coordinate medical check-ups (FOMEMA) and arrivals of new workers.
• Monitor ISO document control and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
• Attend monthly management meetings and take minutes.
• Ensure SOP deadlines and regulatory submissions are met timely.
