Job summary

Synergy Staffing is seeking an experienced HR & Admin professional in Malaysia to join our team. The role covers end-to-end HR & administrative functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements include a Diploma or above in HR or related field, 3+ years of full-cycle HR & Admin experience, strong knowledge of Employment Act, payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB, recruitment and ER, and factory licensing. Mandarin fluency is required, along with English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle HR & Admin experience in Malaysia with strong knowledge of Labour Act, payroll, and government filings.
• Fluent in Mandarin (MUST) and proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Experience with factory licensing, government liaison and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle payroll, attendance, leave and personnel records.
• Ensure HR compliance and employment documentation.
• Coordinate office administration, procurement and vendors.
• Organize company events, training and employee activities.
• Support performance management, salary reviews and HR reporting.
