Hotel Raia Inn Penang is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards. You will supervise Room Attendants, handle guest requests professionally, train staff, and ensure effective communication within the Housekeeping Department.

Candidates should have at least two years in housekeeping, hotel experience, leadership skills, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Experience in supervising Room Attendants and housekeeping operations.
• Good knowledge of hotel cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms and ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards
• Monitor cleanliness and neatness of housekeeping service areas
• Report maintenance issues, defects, and follow up on repairs
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Supervise Room Attendants and ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and work performance
• Assist with training and coaching of housekeeping staff
• Manage lost and found items according to hotel procedures
• Maintain effective communication within the Housekeeping Department
• Update daily housekeeping records and logbooks
• Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeper or management
