Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or quality control experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong eye for cleanliness, presentation, and property maintenance.
• Training and coaching skills with ability to coach frontline teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently between properties.
• Mandarin proficiency for client communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Auditing: conduct regular, unannounced and scheduled audits across properties to ensure cleanliness and room setup meet standards.
• Standards Enforcement: report on conditions and work with on-site teams to rectify issues.
• Training & Development: design and deliver hands-on training for housekeeping staff and supervisors.
• Performance Monitoring: track cleanliness scores and implement corrective actions when needed.
• SOPs: review and update housekeeping SOPs to improve efficiency and hygiene across locations.
