• Pay close attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned, neat, and well-organised
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organising linens and other items
• Ensure all rooms are properly prepared and ready for guest check-in
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly
