Job summary

Genting Malaysia invites applications for a dedicated housekeeping position at Resorts World Genting, based at Genting Highlands. You will efficiently clean assigned rooms to departmental standards, keep service areas tidy, and support daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Able to read and write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Efficiently cleans assigned number of rooms per day keeping within departmental standards
• Ensures all assigned service areas are clean and tidy
• Ensures all assigned areas are kept clean, safe and hygienic
• Undertakes additional cleaning programmes as directed to the performance standards required
• Packs and replenishes trolleys to the required standard at the end of each shift
• Advise Supervisor / Manager of any stock shortages, therefore minimizing delays in servicing rooms
