Job summary

Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to maintain safety for guests, staff, and premises. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, control access, and respond to alarms with calm professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hotel security, CPR/First Aid certification, strong observation, and excellent communication. You will work flexible shifts, including nights and holidays, and collaborate across departments to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Security Associate in Hotel Operations.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with authorities.
• Monitor access, issue visitor badges, and perform security screenings.
• Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to ensure safety.
• Prepare logs and reports of security-related activities.
