Job summary

Accor is seeking a Security Associate to safeguard guests and property across the hotel. You will monitor access, enforce safety protocols, greet guests, and coordinate with supervisors. You will also participate in emergency responses and maintain detailed incident logs.

The role requires strong security knowledge, excellent observation and communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts. English proficiency is essential; local language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security and safety across the facility and maintain related records.
• Greet guests, provide information and guidance, and bid them farewell.
• Organise human and vehicle traffic and communicate with the facility.
• Carry out initial response to incidents such as fires, injuries, or fights and report them.
