Job summary

RICH MILLION CORPORATION SDN BHD is seeking a vigilant security guard to patrol hotel premises, monitor security systems, and assist guests. The role requires standing for long periods, calm handling of incidents, and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, reporting incidents, and supporting evacuations. Training in fire safety is a plus, and prior security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a security guard or similar role preferred.
• Physically healthy and able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response procedures is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises, interior and exterior areas, especially during night shifts.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
• Greet and assist guests in a professional manner.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and suspicious activities.
• Control access to restricted areas and hotel facilities.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports.
• Enforce hotel safety, security, and operational policies.
• Assist hotel staff in maintaining guest safety and security.
• Support fire evacuation and other emergency procedures.
• Check safety and security equipment and report issues or malfunctions.
• Assist with receiving and delivering orders/supplies from loading area to kitchen.
