ibis Sepang is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead hotel operations during shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence. You will oversee Front Office and support departments, motivate staff, and act as the main point of contact for guests and operational challenges.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, presentation, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Duty Manager or Front Office leadership role in hospitality.
Strong customer service mindset and guest satisfaction focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm and resolve issues under pressure.
Willingness to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Support and motivate the Front Office team and other staff.
Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries and issues.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and presentation.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security for integrated operations.
Prepare shift reports and document incidents for management review.
