Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Fitness Centre and related departments. The role focuses on maximizing revenues and profits while minimizing costs, implementing service standards, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, rosters, and regular operations meetings with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused guest experience.
• College degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant operations experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for translations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic hotel management and stakeholder relations with senior leaders.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, F&B, Kitchen, Recreation, and Food Safety.
• Lead cost control initiatives to maximize profits without compromising standards.
• Plan budgets, targets and work plans for direct reports.
• Conduct regular operations meetings and supervise daily performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and optimize rosters.
• Drive guest satisfaction and quality standards across departments.
