Job summary

Dorsett Kuala Lumpur offers an IT internship to support hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for hotel operations. You will assist in installing and maintaining computers, printers, and IT equipment, while gaining hands-on experience in hotel IT systems.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role requires pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT or related fields, good communication, and a willingness to learn. Internship is at least 3 months with RM600 monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Internship period of at least 3 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide IT support to hotel associates and departments.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining hotel systems and network infrastructure.
• Maintain IT inventory records and documentation.
• Support daily IT operations and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the IT Department.
