Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years experience in housekeeping or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Communicates guest room status to Front Desk promptly and coordinates with Engineering for maintenance needs.
• Maintains stock inventories for guestroom supplies, cleaning materials, and uniforms; supports inspection programs.
