Job summary

The Legacy Hotel Ipoh is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. You will work as part of a supportive team to ensure every guest experiences a warm, comfortable stay.

Ideal candidates bring attention to detail, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. Experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided to uphold the hotel's high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or willingness to learn.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Housekeeping professional to join our team at the Legacy Hotel in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas, contributing to the overall exceptional guest experience that our hotel is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the hotel
• Restock and organize supplies in guest rooms and public areas
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team
• Assist in the preparation of rooms for new guest arrivals
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
• Support the Housekeeping team in completing all tasks and projects in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience/no experience in a hotel Housekeeping role, preferably in a similar hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
