Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management preferred.
• Experience as an Assistant Director of Engineering or Engineering Manager in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering operations, preventive maintenance, building systems, and equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations for Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
• Lead and motivate the engineering team to meet safety, reliability, and presentation standards.
• Drive preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high safety standards across facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver efficient engineering services.
• Provide hands-on leadership with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
