Job summary

Hyatt Place Johor Bahru is seeking a Host - Food & Beverage to provide excellent, consistent service to guests at our beverage outlets. You will be part of a frontline team ensuring guest satisfaction across the hotel restaurant and bars.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality-related diploma, have at least two years in hotel operations, and demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
