Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in hotel operations.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to customers at the hotel’s beverage outlets.
• Assist with guest experience, serving at the bar/restaurant areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of F&B services.
