Job summary

Hilton in Malaysia seeks a Reservations Agent to support guest bookings, maintain data accuracy, and maximize room revenue through proactive selling.

You will cultivate relationships with VIPs and corporate clients, collaborate across Reservations, Groups, and other departments, and maintain strong knowledge of OnQ, Delphi, The Lobby and hotel offerings to ensure memorable stays. Fluency in English is advantageous for translation tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior hospitality experience and fluency in English (for translation tasks) are advantageous.

• Service & Commercial Focus: Maximize room revenue through proactive selling, respond to guest feedback, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
