Job summary

4Fingers Crispy Chicken in Kuala Lumpur invites a motivated Hospitality student to assist the operations team in daily outlet activities. You will support front-of-house tasks, greet customers, and help maintain a friendly, professional service experience.

You'll collaborate with supervisors to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, handle inquiries, and assist with inventory, events, and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional personality.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to take initiative.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or according to operational requirements when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support front-of-house activities, including greeting and assisting customers/guests
• Ensure customers/guests receive a friendly and professional service experience
• Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback, and basic service-related issues
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the workplace
• Assist with inventory checks, stock arrangement, and other operational activities when required
• Support administrative and documentation tasks related to daily operations
• Assist in coordinating events, promotions, or hospitality-related activities
• Observe and comply with company SOPs, food safety, safety, and hygiene requirements
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
