Job summary

The Ormond RuMa Group Talent Programme is a hands-on development programme by Ormond Group for fresh graduates and early career professionals seeking exposure across hospitality, education, and service-led businesses with mentorship from senior leaders.

Over 24 months, you will rotate across departments, properties, and possibly countries, gaining real projects that impact operations and guest experience while working full-time and getting paid.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or early career professionals with a background in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Rotating across departments such as Rooms, Food & Beverage, Guest Experience, and corporate functions to understand end-to-end operations.
• Support daily hotel operations and learn how service, operations, and commercial performance come together.
• Assist department leaders with tasks, reporting and ongoing projects.
• Work on cross-department initiatives to improve guest experience and efficiency.
• Gain exposure to multiple properties within the group, including international assignments where applicable.
