Responsibilities

• Prepare food items with quality and quantity per daily meal list.
• Plate items attractively; ensure proper portioning per guidelines.
• Maintain food temperatures during prep and service.
• Store, rotate, and dispose of expired products per guidelines.
• Keep kitchen clean; follow sanitation rules and safety standards.
• Assist in food inventory; inform when par levels are reached.
• Wash pots, pans, and utensils; supervise in absence of seniors.
• Report kitchen malfunctions to supervisor immediately.
• Assist with catering tasks and other duties as instructed.
