Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital in Tebrau, Johor is seeking a Storekeeper to manage the Central Store operations, ensure proper stock storage, and maintain security of items.

You will handle stock replenishment, raise purchase requisitions, verify incoming goods against PO, log receipts in Hits system, and assist with stock takes and OSH compliance.

The role requires IT literacy, the ability to work independently, and strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Positive attitude.
• IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented.
• Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English Language are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of Central Store.
• Ensure proper storage and arrangement of items in Central Store.
• Maintain security and safety of items in Central Store.
• Replenish stock and raise purchase requisitions to Purchasing Unit to ensure stock availability.
• Check incoming goods against PO and GRN.
• Enter received items into Hits System.
• Close Purchase Orders by posting the GRN.
• Assist Finance during stock takes and with AI/AO entries.
• Assist technicians during machine service arrangements with contractors.
• Comply with OSH Act and Regulation 1994.
