Job summary

ENS Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple property development and construction projects from planning to handover. You will ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality and safety requirements, with a strong emphasis on hill-site works.

The role requires coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and internal teams, overseeing earthworks, drainage and slope stabilisation, and delivering concise progress reports while maintaining CCC readiness.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years managing projects independently.
• Proven hill-site or sloping-terrain project delivery experience with earthworks, slopes, retaining structures and drainage.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across projects.
• Strong planning, cost control, negotiation and contractor management skills.
• Able to read drawings, assess site issues and propose improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Willing to travel between sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, construction progress and delivery across all assigned projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and internal teams for timely decisions.
• Oversee hill-site works including earthworks, slope stabilization, retaining walls, drainage and erosion control.
• Monitor site progress, identify delays and drive corrective actions.
• Review contractor work programmes, progress claims and variations with consultants.
• Coordinate authority submissions, approvals and external infrastructure works.
• Chair site and consultant meetings and maintain action lists.
• Provide concise management reports covering progress, costs, risks and recovery plans.
• Coordinate safety compliance with contractors and safety personnel.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, CCC coordination, handover and defect rectification.
