Job summary

Faithview Management Sdn Bhd, a Malacca-based property developer, seeks a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee large-scale construction projects. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate on-site activities with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent, with 2–3 years of site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin; Mandarin preferred for liaison.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager and assist in overall site management.
• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure on-time, quality construction in line with specifications and drawings.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in coordination meetings.
• Monitor works for compliance and resolve site-related issues.
