Job summary

Unknown is seeking a site-based Planner to drive scheduling for high-rise developments in the Klang Valley, coordinating with the project management team, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the Master Construction Program in MS Project, monitoring progress across packages, generating reports and S-curves, analyzing critical paths, and assisting with delay analyses and EOT documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of site-based planning experience with a main contractor.
• Exposure to high-rise developments (commercial/residential/mixed-use).
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Establish, update, and baseline the Master Construction Program using MS Project.
• Monitor on-site progress across structural, architectural, and M&E packages.
• Generate progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and project status updates.
• Conduct critical path analysis and recommend catch-up plans.
• Assist in preparing delay analysis and EOT documentation.
• Coordinate daily with PM team, consultants, subcontractors and site personnel.
