Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome prospective clients, understanding their property requirements and budget constraints.
• Provide comprehensive information about residential properties, including features, specifications, pricing and payment schemes.
• Conduct property viewings and tours, highlighting key selling points and amenities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to understand their long-term property goals.
• Prepare and present property quotations, contracts and related documentation accurately and professionally.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to facilitate successful property transactions.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients through various communication channels.
