Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia and hold a valid practicing license.
• Post basic qualification in a related nursing field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to nursing vision and unit goals while performing shift duties.
• Notifies unit manager of changes that affect care standards.
• Gathers handovers and ensures doctor's orders are followed during shift changes.
• Visits patients with the team to assess conditions and re-plan care.
• Provides haemodialysis care using machines and CRRT; documents care.
• Conducts rounds, offers emotional support, and assists physicians.
• Executes orders and coordinates with team to ensure treatment delivery.
• Educates patients and families; discusses organ donation and treatment plans.
• Assist with billing, schedule next appointments, and guide to cashier.
• Collaborate with unit manager to set standards and cover duties.
• Verify charges for equipment and consumables in patient billing.
