Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient-centered care.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team in a dialysis unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to dialysis patients using the nursing process.
• Manage hemodialysis treatments and document patient progress.
• Carry out physician orders, coordinate with team, and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Engage in health education for patients and families and support organ donation discussions.
• Assist with patient billing procedures and scheduling after treatment.
• Collaborate with the unit manager to maintain care standards and supervise junior staff.
