Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality service with attention to guest needs.
• Experience in luxury hotel or upscale restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus and offer beverage/food recommendations
• Take accurate orders and communicate dietary requirements to kitchen/bar
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Know menu thoroughly and confidently recommend drinks and dishes
• Address guest requests/complaints with empathy and solutions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service areas
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Handle cash and operate POS systems securely
