Qualifikationen

• Computer literate; able to use clinic systems and Microsoft Office.
• Organized, punctual and able to work in a busy clinic.
• No experience required; fresh graduates may apply.
• Willing to work clinic operating hours, including occasional weekends if needed.
• Prior clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Welcome patients, register them, and manage appointments.
• Answer calls, confirm appointments, and handle basic patient enquiries.
• Collect and update patient particulars, medical history, and billing information.
• Prepare examination rooms, clean and sterilize equipment and surfaces.
• Assist doctors/nurses with routine tasks, including taking vitals when trained and authorized.
• Manage patient files, data entry, payments, and clinic supplies.
• Follow clinic policies, patient-confidentiality rules, and infection-control procedures.
