Job summary

Vealthme Wellness Sdn Bhd is seeking a Healthcare Service Executive to support our Corporate Health Screening team in Kuala Lumpur. You will help prepping and assisting health screening events at client workplaces, ensuring a smooth and professional screening process.

The role requires phlebotomy experience and strong communication with clients and employees. You may travel to client sites and collaborate with doctors, nurses and HR teams to deliver quality health screening services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Assistant, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• Phlebotomy / blood-taking experience is required.
• Experience in health screening or corporate events is an advantage.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable travelling to client locations for health screening events.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood taking / phlebotomy during health screening events.
• Assist with basic health screening procedures and measurements.
• Prepare and set up equipment and materials before screening events.
• Attend and support corporate health screening events at client locations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, vendors, and corporate HR representatives.
• Assist with employee registration, documentation, and screening flow.
• Ensure blood samples and related documents are properly handled and recorded.
• Communicate professionally with corporate clients and employees.
• Assist with post-event administrative work and documentation.
• Support other corporate healthcare services when required.
