Job summary

DaVita Malaysia is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build a patient referral network, drive new patient acquisition, and promote our dialysis services in medical facilities and corporate partners.

You will collaborate with Centre Teammates, Regional Operation Managers and Partner Engagements teams to deliver results, develop reporting on relationship management, and pursue growth opportunities with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years direct sales, relationship building or marketing in healthcare services is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and execute relationship building to deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of digital communications and sales tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building with patient referral sources and key stakeholders to drive new patient acquisition.
• Lead generation for inorganic growth opportunities and delivery of marketing materials.
• Assist patients with information gathering for decision-making and follow-up.
• Plan, execute and report on relationship management activities.
• Attend meetings and trainings and align with local operations.
