KPJ Healthcare Berhad invites a Marketing Executive to support the head of Marketing in Malaysia across campaigns and brand initiatives. You will help plan and execute strategies to boost awareness and customer engagement within the hospital network.

Responsibilities include market research, coordinating with agencies, managing social media, creating content, and tracking campaign performance. The role demands strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Marcomm/Sales/Marketing/Public Relation with 3 years’ experience or Diploma/Bachelor's in the same fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/Marcomm/Sales/Marketing/Public Relation.
• Aggressive, independent, self-motivated and fast learner.
• Good communication, project management and team collaboration.
• English & Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
• Handle complaints/feedback from corporate clients and escalate appropriately.
• Introduce new packages and promotions to improve sales.
• Plan and coordinate department projects and campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to management.
• Tailor packages to meet client requirements.
• Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
• Assist in marketing events, trade shows or webinars.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Attend meetings, committees, and training as required.
• Contribute to activities to enhance hospital image.
