About the Customer Innovation & Consulting Partner:

You will be reporting to Customer Innovation & Consulting Lead and this role required to have deep understanding and experience with In-Vitro Diagnostics Solutions and technology trends in the Healthcare industry and also will focus on strategic innovative products by

• Implementation, training and support the digital solution product
• Healthcare consulting for key stakeholders both external and internal with the aim of driving the transformation of Healthcare systems
• Digital product marketing in the Malaysia market

In this position, you will be in a key role to help shape and enable the Roche Diagnostics Malaysia strategy, and contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics vision.

You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.

As a qualified Partner, you:

• Proactively drives for continuous improvement and simplification of processes across the Digital IT support spectrum & get the good practices for Digital Solutions implementations
• Able to analyze data generated from digital solutions and provide insights/action recommendations from the data analysis
• Deliver consultancy services to the customers by providing the brief, reviewing the draft or drafting proposals and providing input
• Create mutually beneficial business partnerships/arrangements with the customers by identifying, researching, analyzing and making recommendations and negotiating strategic alliances
• Drive new business by identifying, analyzing and comparing alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new consulting services
• Create a shared vision with the customer team by supporting them with change management and implementation
• Resolve complex customer problems by looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and facilitate implementation of solutions
• Analyses the evolving market environment, develops the strategy such as customer segmentations, positioning, branding, messaging, PR/communications, pricing strategy and ensures effective rollout of strategy to the marketplace
• Assist in the development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and development and implementation of business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identify potential opportunities with major accounts across the Business Area

• Passion for the healthcare industry –good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem
• Experience and success in negotiating complex deals & partnerships with customers and partners
• Consistent record of building collaborative relationships with peers and teams, helping cross functional teams address strategic opportunities and solve problems across the organization
• Management of complex projects with ambitious milestones in high pressure circumstances
• Preferable with medical laboratory experience and digital Solutions knowledge and implementation experience
